Vote No on this . We need definition here as to what we are trying to do! How long is this going to go on ? What law is driving this? What is chapter 226 of the acts of 2016 ( sounds Colonial to me) ? I can't find it in the town ordinances. Are we going overboard here. This has now shown up several times and its time for this to be fully explained! This smacks of a bureaucratic exercise in futility! Even the Defense industry does nor save documents forever! Each company has their policies on how long each document is saved (and they don't save them on their premise either). Time to call time out !
